We went to watch the Wrangler's Roadshow in Robinson's Place Manila last August 29 as they launched their fall/winter 2012 collection with the campaign, "Find your Edge- Boundless Traveler". Known for products of good quality and style, Wrangler becomes one of the biggest denim brands in the world. Its jeans and other pieces are functional while versatile, suiting everyone's taste of being edgy, casual or even dainty.
I felt more delightful not only because of its continuous expansion in the Philippines but also because of the brand's hip collections. Truly, there is a number of reasons that make Wrangler jeans outstandingly different from other brands.
You could see in these photos how the place was set in accordance with its collection and theme. It's so beautiful.

Although there's a deeper meaning of the word "Edge" based on their video and collection, I still wanted to capture that edgy feeling and opted for this ensemble.
Hype this look here.
I got this top from Greenhills Shopping Center on the same day Adly and I went to ETC Flea Market. It's my sister's peg, only in shade of orange, but she bought something else. Having a huge attraction for studs and spikes, I took it as a sign to buy this top. I usually look at myself in the mirror wearing the clothes I want to buy in longer minutes, thinking if I should buy while scrutinizing. Not doing this makes me feel like I buy something out of impulse. Good thing, it's worth it even though there's no fitting room in that store.
Do the chains look familiar? The gold and suede chain bracelets are both my DIYs. As much as I feel enthusiastic with accessories, I don't make purchases that often anymore especially if I know I can make them. Plus, I'm not anymore residing in Manila where I used to buy a ton of lovely yet affordable accessories.
This is actually a long skirt but since I can't pull it off with a loose-fitting top, I sewed it to make it look like this one: pencil skirt with drapes. (Is that what it looks like to you? I hope so. :D) I don't anymore remember how I managed to come up with this but perhaps, I will search for tutorials online and try it again to achieve a better outcome. With that, I can wear some of my skirts in another way and create a new look! :)
Such skirts didn't catch my attention until I bought one during the Bloggers United. They are already a piece of statement so they stand out even if paired with just plain tops. While you can buy them in stores, you can also drape your skirts or perhaps, use scarfs to make your own just like what I did with mine. :)
